1. The Brief

Location, budget, and housing type make up the holy trinity of property development. Therefore, it is as important as ever to sit down with our clients in the beginning and hash out their future home. Understanding every aspect of our clientele’s requirements and aspirations will go a long way in allowing us to build and cater to their heart’s desires. 


2. The Selection Process

After consulting with our clients, we begin work on exhaustively scouring the market for appropriate sites, and then presenting to them our top three options. Finding a site that works in synch with our House Packages, is a key consideration. Once these are selected, it is back on us to present our customers with our final offerings and assist them in making a well-informed choice. From here, our clients will be asked to choose their preferred housing options.

Generally, these come from our two impressive and stylish offerings of Abbey or Boulevard. Pooling all our customer’s needs, wants, desires, and choices together, we are ready to present to them the final offering. At this stage the client can review the plans in detail and make any required changes with our dedicated team at Fiero.  Layouts, façade design, fixtures and finishes, nothing is too late at this stage of the process.


3. Getting the House in Order

At this exciting stage of our project, the customer is presented the final offering for their concluding remarks. Working with them, and their agent, we aim to assist our clients every step of the way towards securing financial pre-approval (if required). Ensuring all parties have confidence in the process and end outcome.


4. Signed. Seal…

We’re almost there. At this stage of our exciting journey, the contracts will be put forth and signed. As is consistent with our working up until this point, we will ensure the client and their solicitor has all relevant information and feel secure and confident in the process. 


5. Deposit

Once the documents are signed and deposits taken, we begin to make your dream home a reality. 


6. The Work Begins

Our expert development team at Fiero and partnered consultants get underway, in the background obtaining approvals and all necessary documentation in preparation for construction. 

7. Land Settlement & Construction Commencement

Land settlement day. Our team at Fiero will book in the start date for construction, while immediately beginning work on pre-construction and site preparation. The soil is well and truly turned. 

Fiero will provide purchasers with timeline and on-going milestone updates until the day of handover.


8. The Keys are yours

Here Fiero will proudly provide the purchaser with the keys to their newly developed custom home.
