Prosperity Place in Doncaster East officially opens
Luxury boutique developer Fiero’s latest completed development Prosperity Place in Doncaster East has been officially opened.
Luxury boutique developer Fiero’s latest completed development Prosperity Place in Doncaster East has been officially opened. Located at 956 Doncaster Rd, the $8.5 million development has 17 apartments with a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedrooms. A feature of the building is the large gold mosaic art wall.
The artwork was customised and created by Grafico with Mosaico Digitale a new form of tiling from Italy that allows any design to be recreated into durable works of art.
Given the strong Chinese influence in the area, Fiero incorporated in the exterior design the artwork that is the Chinese symbol meaning opportunity and good luck for all whom seek to achieve through hard work.
The design of Prosperity Place pays homage to East Doncaster’s rural past while also incorporating new elements to translate the continuing change of culture in the area, reflected in everything from the finishing’s to the colour palate of the rooftop garden which enjoys sweeping views across Doncaster Road to Doncaster Hill.
Respected local Dr Eric Choo officially opened Prosperity Place. Dr Choo had his medical practice on the site for more than 20 years and says he has seen many changes in his local surburb.
Directors, Marc Tricarico and Bruno and Vince Orlando founded Fiero in 2014.
The boutique property development company builds luxury homes and town homes in Melbourne’s popular suburbs. Fiero has $30 million in its planning and construction pipeline for 2017.
